Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, including delivery address details. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues arising from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography, slight variations may occur.
Our collections are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out without notice.
Product Condition & Handcrafted Nature
Our garments are produced using traditional techniques and may include hand embellishment, delicate fabrics, embroidery, and detailed finishing.
Due to the nature of handcrafted and embellished clothing, minor variations, loose threads, bead movement, or slight imperfections can occur during handling or wear. These characteristics are inherent to hand-finished garments and are not considered manufacturing faults.
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards at the time of shipment.
Damage caused after delivery, including but not limited to wear, handling, force applied to embellishments, alteration, washing, exposure to perfume, body odour, smoke, or environmental or storage-related smells, will not be considered a manufacturing fault.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the delicate nature of occasionwear and hand-embellished garments.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and limited production runs, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, unless an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Claims for faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear images. Each case is reviewed individually.
Items returned for inspection must be in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, handling beyond reasonable inspection, or the presence of any odour will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return postage for inspection is the responsibility of the customer. If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect following inspection, the original return postage cost will be reimbursed.
