Returns & Exchanges

At Ameliyana Boutique, our collections are produced in limited quantities and are carefully quality-checked prior to dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of occasionwear, including hand embellishment, fabric handling, and presentation standards, we operate a strict no-returns and no-exchanges policy.

We kindly ask customers to review sizing, product details, and images carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure about any aspect of a design, our team will be happy to assist via the Contact page prior to purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.

All items are inspected prior to dispatch as part of our quality control process. Damage resulting from wear, handling, force applied to embellishments, marking, alteration, washing, or any changes made after delivery will not be considered a manufacturing fault and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Where a return is requested for inspection, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, handling beyond reasonable inspection, or the presence of any odour (including but not limited to perfume, body odour, smoke, or environmental smells) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Each case is reviewed individually and, where appropriate, further instructions will be provided.

RETURN POSTAGE FOR INSPECTIONS

Where a return is requested for inspection, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

If, following inspection, an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, the original return postage cost will be reimbursed. If an item is found not to be faulty or incorrect, return postage costs will not be refunded.

SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or marked as final sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
