Our collections are produced in limited quantities to preserve exclusivity. While some designs may return, restocks are not guaranteed. Any updates will be shared via our website or our official Instagram and TikTok channels.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busier periods, such as collection launches or seasonal demand, this allows us to prepare and dispatch each order with care.
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. If you require your order urgently, we recommend selecting our Next Day Guaranteed Delivery option (UK only).
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected courier service.
All prices are shown & charged in GBP (£). If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount using their own exchange rate at checkout.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. This includes changes to size, colour, or delivery details.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier. We recommend checking your tracking information first, as updates are provided directly by the courier.
If your tracking shows no movement or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us via our Contact page and we will assist by opening an investigation with the courier where applicable.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but has not been received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. Claims for lost or missing parcels are subject to courier investigation and confirmation.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
